Electrical Switchboard

An electrical switchboard provides proper distribution of power to equipment and protects against over-current and earth fault. It isolates the faulty circuit without affecting other power circuits.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

A UPS is a power protection device that provides emergency power supply to the critical equipment during a power disruption. This will prevent unnecessary system downtime which will result in loss of business data.

Precision Cooling System

The equipment commonly found in the data centre such as IT systems and various other electronic devices are designed to operate within a certain temperature and humidity range. Precision cooling systems (PCU) is crucial in maintaining the precise temperature and humidity within a critical mission environment to equipment from hardware failure.

Fire Protection – Clean Gas Suppression System

The fire protection system helps mitigate the risk of fire hazards. It is designed to provide early detection of such hazards within the data centre. The gas suppression system helps extinguish any fires, reduce fire-related damages and enables speedy business recovery.

Fire Protection - Smoke Detection System (VESDA)

Smoke detection system such as Very Early Smoke Detection System (VESDA) will detect the change in smoke concentration level and activate alarm to provide the earliest possible warning of an impending fire hazard.

Water Detection System

When water gets into the mission-critical environment of the data centre, it could lead to electrical short circuits. This not only causes equipment failure and possible electrical fire. The water detection system helps detect potential water leakage, thus protecting against serious downtime and damage to critical environment.

Remote Environmental Monitoring System

The Environmental Monitoring System provides a means to monitor the environment within the data centre for any anomalies to the preset environmental conditions (eg. temperature, relative humidity, power failure..etc ). If anomalies are detected, the system will alert the user via a text message, email or voice call.


 

High-Density Air-Conditioning System

With the increase in density of high-performance computing equipment within the IT racks, more heat is generated. The high-density air-conditioning system (also known as rack cooling system) is designed to provide the racks with more effective, efficient and direct cooling, so as to ensure maximum uptime.

Network Cabling System

A well-designed network cabling system has to be put in place so as to ensure reliable connectivity as well as to provide ease of management.

Security System

The purpose of the security system is to keep out any unauthorised access to the data centre. Options include access cards, control keypads, biometric systems and CCTV surveillance systems. This maintains an effective level of security while reducing the need for manpower.

Raised Flooring System

The raised flooring system is an elevated structural floor, which allows efficient management of all cabling, critical services and cooling requirements.

Rack system

With a properly selected and well-designed rack system, this will not only ease the network cables and IT equipment management, it will also optimize the airflow management within data center; reduce potential damage from overheating and enhance the equipment performance and life.
