Responsibilities
- Generate new businesses for M& E Solutions/preventive maintenance contract in the IT environment
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target
- Understand market dynamics and customer needs
- Travelling to meet up with customers
- Planning & executing sales action plans to engage & follow-up on prospects
- Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales
- Prepare tenders, costing, quotations to customers

Responsibilities
- Work closely with client, suppliers, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities in projects managed
- Ensure timely submissions & compliance to regulatory requirements
- Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers
- Manage project budget & able to submit timely purchase request for relevant materials & manpower throughout project cycle
- Oversee drawing management & control of technical and construction matters
- Ensure work quality & safety regulation are fully compiled
- Perform Testing & Commissioning work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Centre
- Lead internal & external team to execute projects
- Create Method of Statements (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA) & Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for the Project Team
- Assist Project Manager to plan, manage & coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget & of highest quality
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
- Min. 1 year/Min. 3 years (Manager) relevant experience in M&E or IT environment
- Must be Safety Trained and Risk Assessment (RA) trained with certification
- Experience in Data Centre will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure & manage multiple projects
- Good financial & budget control
- AutoCAD knowledge, Certification of PMI or LEW an advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project

Responsibilities
- Coordinate & supervise Technical Team’s day-to-day technical operations (i.e. routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)

- Assist Technical Lead Manager to negotiate/procure materials, equipment & labour in accordance to the allocated budget

- AutoCAD knowledge, Certification of PMI an advantage

Responsibilities
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
- Managing daily planning for project sites.
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
- Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork.
- Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
- M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in Data Centre, good financial and budget control will be an advantage
- Project management and supervision skills

Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
- Manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations
- Ensure works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
